PDP is having a merger with INEC - ACN

The publicity secretary of the Action Congress of Nigeria in Lagos State, Mr Joe Igbokwe stated in an interview with Punch newspapers that they feel INEC is having a merger plan with PDP.
He said,

We cannot expect INEC to be impartial in a setting where its funded by the Federal Government. We must all work to help INEC succeed to avoid the type of rigging that occured in 1999. 

 

He further said We will police the 2015 elections, And woe betides anybody that will steals anybody's votes. They cannot deceive us and we cant take it, Its either they do it and get it right or we help them to get it right.
