Representatives of the Sormland County Council and other unions are clamouring for sitting only positions for public restrooms. Supporters of the law against standing while urinating believe that male health will be improved while sitting to urinate because the bladder tend to release excess urine.
   Professor John Gamel of University of Louisville, believes that the law won't stop men from acting in a less than sanitary manner while relieving themselves. Feminists in some parts of Europe have started the “Drop your trousers and sit” campaign with placards to discourage standing while urinating at home.
