Despite being warned by the producers of the
Billboard Music Awards not to jump over the crowd during his performance, Miguel didn't listen and now the aftermath of the less than five minutes incident could cost him alot. According to sources, Miguel asked producers of the show before rehearsals if he could jump over the crowd but they refused because that type of risk is too dangerous.
The victim's attorney, Vip Bhola stated his client, Khyati Shah is seriously considering suing the 27 year old American singer depending on the outcome of her medical results. Bhola said,
Shah didn’t receive proper medical attention after the kick and while she was given an ice pack, she should have been rushed to the hospital.
The attorney said Shah has been having severe difficulties which are cognitive in nature since the incident occured and there is a suspicion of a neurological head injury. The results from a neurologist will determine if she'll file a lawsuit or not.
