#FRESHOUT9jaUpdate Ekiti State University (formerly UNAD) might Commence 2weeks strike

Following the new rule by the vice chancellor of EKSU that any student who didn't pay the full school fees should not be allowed into lecture halls, the students of the former university of Ado-Ekiti (UNAD) started a peaceful protest on thursday. According to sources, the students previously had the privilege of attending lectures and writing examinations provided they paid up during their clearance procedures after graduation.
We just hope this wouldn't result into the type of riot that occurred in the school last year which eventually made the university authotities mandate a fine of 6500 naira for every student.
