Rob Kardashian has been sued for assault and robbery after he forcefully took a photographer’s camera then removed its memory card. The paparazzi was snapping Rob while he worked out without his shirt on at a West Hollywood gym.
Andra was taking photographs of Rob when he walked up to her, snatched the camera and took out the memory card. He gave her back the camera but kept the memory card. Rob gave back the camera but kept the memory card. her lawyer said
According to an insider, Rob Kardashian wasn’t happy that he was being photographed with some added weight. The reality TV star has claimed his innocence, claiming he only acted in a responsible manner after the photographer snuck into the gym’s garage in order to violate his privacy. He also said Vaik hid inside her car until the right moment and then jumped up to snap the photographs.
While this case is still in the early stage, it is clear from investigations that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Andra Vaik was completely unjustified. Reports suggested that Rob Kardashian may have struck the female photographer during the confrontation.
