Janet Jackson recently joined the billionaire club but she isn’t done adding money to the bank, she’s currently working on a new studio album. Janet, who is one of the best selling artists of all time, has made more than $260 million from her albums.
According to reports, Jackson also made about $300 million for acting in movies like The Nutty Professor and Four Colored Girls and earned more than $450 million on the road. The singer’s licensing and publishing fees add close to another $100 million to Jackson’s bank account.
The 47 year old is married to billionaire retail tycoon, Wissam Al Mana who made his fortune with investments in the Middle East said,
I am working on a new project now. We are creating the concept and initial thoughts on the music. I am excited about the direction we are taking. I don’t want to rush it… I don’t want to put a time constraint on the creative process.
